I just want to say I had a technician named Eric and he made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and helped me feel a lot safer in my home. When electricity goes out, you gotta know who you can trust. He was super fast in and out. . So if you ever need a GREAT Technician he is that someone that can help you, Eric. Mr. Electric did an amazing job installing my GM EV home charger. They were prompt, came on time, had excellent communication, and got the job done perfectly. I would highly recommend them for your EV charging needs in Lewisville, Clemens, or any of the surrounding area. They did the following work for me: 1. They went and purchased all the materials. 2. They then followed up and made sure that I was available. 3. They worked around my schedule and communicated to make sure that I knew who was coming. 4. They troubleshooted my charger to make sure that it was properly charging my truck.

Eric was great! He was informative and so good at explaining my options! He broke down all my options! He was even early getting to me! Definitely keeping his number on speed dial! They did a fantastic job. We only had to deal with postponements because of Yadkin county inspectors. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend highly using them. Pricing was fair. This is no jacklegged operation. They dealt with all the hoops that the city put up.

Erik came out and fixed the switch in the restroom. He asked if it would be OK if he checked our electrical system. GOOD THING HE DID, The house and the solar system were not grounded. He grounded both and replaced the panel at a very reasonable price. Additionally, he’s one of the nicest, most sincere persons I’ve ever met. His expertise in this field is extensive; He finished the work in a morning. Don’t look any further, this is the electrical firm you are looking for.
